The nonprofit CMW has used the multimedia MappsLab app with significant learning results, and has also observed high levels of personal engagement for students and teachers, all leading to empowered joyous learners. Using multi-media interactive mapping to bring real-world relevance and interest into the classroom, a no-brainer.
Too good to be true? We don’t know for sure. We need/want your valuable professional assistance. As educators we understand that you have a lot on your plate educating our children. This project is designed to require almost nothing but your interest.

- Choose a specific lesson (1 hour to two weeks)
Examples:
4th Grade Math CORE Standard 4.NBT.5
Multiply a whole number of up to four digits by a one-digit whole number, and multiply two two-digit numbers, using strategies based on place value and the properties of operations. Illustrate and explain the calculation by using equations, rectangular arrays, and/or area models.
6th Grade English Language Arts Reading: Informational Text Standard 1
Cite textual evidence to support analysis of what the text says explicitly as well as inferences drawn from the text.
CMW will design a lesson using the MappsLab app for the specified subject and time frame
- Tell us the number of students
CMW will set up a teacher classroom account with Logins and passwords for each student
Web-based—no school IT assistance required
- Arrange computer and internet access for students
CMW will deliver the lesson and all instructions students need—teacher involvement optional
- After the lesson conduct 5-10 minute learning assessment
CMW collects general data, no names or class recognition, through the app or on paper
